Do you only work with large corporate organisations?
We work with a broad variety of companies, ranging from small SME's with less than 10 employees, to well recognised FTSE 100 organisations. We select our working partners based on our ability to support their individual needs with an effective outcome.
Do I need to be a director or manager to use an executive coach?
Executive coaching is applicable to individuals at various levels of the operational hierarchy. A business objective is normally established, coupled with the ability to invest in terms of time and effort. Each case is judged on individual merit, so being on the corporate board, or managing large teams of people isn't always a requirement.
What is FIRO-B?
FIRO-B is a development tool used to support and motivate an improved team dynamic. It helps people working within a team to understand how each member can work with the other members of the team effectively, and also establishes what is important to them.
